With your annual membership you will have access to the full database of exchanges, listings and profiles. You will also receive support for your account on this platform, and be able to message other hosts and engage in as many exchanges as you wish while your membership is active.

When you create your account, you will be able to access the profiles of other hosts and use the messaging system built into the platform here. Once you have worked out the details together you are good to go!

All pets are welcome and you can choose to engage with those you are most comfortable with!

If you go the entire 12 months with no exchanges completed, then you will be entitled to a full refund. 

If you are the owner of multiple properties, you can enlist as many as you would like. 

To sign up and create a profile on our website, simply click on the “Join Now” button located in the menu. You’ll be prompted to provide some basic information such as your name, email address, and desired password.

When you are ready to list your house, we’ll ask for details about your home, the area and your pets to help find suitable matches. Once you’ve completed the registration process, you’ll have access to your personal profile where you can add more information and preferences.

To search for house exchange opportunities, use the search bar on our website’s main page. You can enter your desired destination, travel dates, and any specific requirements related to pets. Our advanced search options allow you to further refine your search based on factors like the size of the house, property features, and proximity to pet-friendly amenities. Once you’ve found a listing that interests you, you can send a direct message to the homeowner to discuss further details.

Absolutely! Our website allows you to specify your pet-related requirements and preferences when searching for a house exchange. You can indicate the type of pets you have, their personality, any specific needs they may have, and any pet-friendly amenities you require in the exchange house, such as a secure backyard or nearby parks. By communicating your requirements clearly, you increase the likelihood of finding suitable matches who can accommodate your pets’ needs.

Once you’ve found a suitable house exchange opportunity and discussed the details with the other party, it’s time to finalize the booking. You can direct message the listing owner here on this platform, from the listing page itself.

If you both agree to proceed, you can make arrangements for the exchange, such as coordinating travel dates and discussing logistics. It’s essential to maintain open communication and ensure that all parties are comfortable with the exchange before finalizing the booking.
