If you have questions about your account, an exchange, the website or any how it works in general, just fill out the form here and let us know! We’re happy to answer any questions and assist in any way we can.
With your annual membership you will have access to the full database of exchanges, listings and profiles. You will also receive support for your account on this platform, and be able to message other hosts and engage in as many exchanges as you wish while your membership is active.
When you create your account, you will be able to access the profiles of other hosts and use the messaging system built into the platform here. Once you have worked out the details together you are good to go!
All pets are welcome and you can choose to engage with those you are most comfortable with!
If you go the entire 12 months with no exchanges completed, then you will be entitled to a full refund.Â
If you own multiple properties you wish to list for exchange, you may do so.
